摘 要:为解决单一材料处理水中污染物的局限性,采用天然膨润土、钢渣制备复合颗粒吸附剂。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)仪对复合颗粒进行表征,研究复合机制及复合颗粒对污水中Fe^(2+)的吸附特性。结果表明,高温焙烧使膨润土层间距由1.287 nm增至1.549 nm;复合后颗粒层状结构明显,表面粗糙,比表面积大,具有较强的表面吸附能力;复合后蒙脱石的二八面体结构未改变,生成了NaAlSi_(2)O_(6)等新物质,使得颗粒的碱性和强度增大。复合颗粒对Fe^(2+)的吸附倾向于BET多分子层吸附,吸附Fe^(2+)后颗粒表面重金属离子含量增多,复合颗粒被重金属离子沉淀包裹,说明复合颗粒具有吸附-聚沉废水中重金属离子的功能,是一种创新高效、环境友好型吸附剂。To solve the limitation of the single material in treating water pollutants,the composite particle adsorbent was prepared with natural bentonite and steel slag.Using SEM,XRD,and FTIR to characterize the composite particles,the composite mechanism and its adsorption characteristics of Fe^(2+)in sewage are studied.The results show that the distance between bentonite layers increases from 1.287 nm to 1.549 nm after high-temperature roasting.The composite particle has an obvious layered structure,rough surface and large specific surface area,which makes it have a strong surface adsorption capacity.The dioctahedral structure of montmorillonite does not change,but new substances such as NaAlSi_(2)O_(6) are generated,which increase the alkalinity and strength of the particles.The adsorption of Fe^(2+)accords with the BET multi-molecular layer adsorption.After the adsorption of Fe^(2+),the content of heavy metal ions on the surface of the particles increases and the particles are wrapped by the precipitation of heavy metal ions,indicating that the composite particles have the function of adsorption-precipitation of heavy metal ions in wastewater,which is an environmentally friendly adsorbent.
