摘 要:以钼尾矿(MoT)为主要原料,配以适量辅助原料,采用压制成型法制备免烧耐火砖。研究成型压力和漂珠(DB)掺量对样品性能的影响。结果表明,当钼尾矿、漂珠、水泥与粉煤灰(FA)配比为55∶25∶10∶10,拌和水用量为10%,成型压力为15 MPa时,样品抗压强度达到7.8 MPa,且耐火性能满足GB/T 9978.1-2008建筑行业标准。微观分析表明,DB均匀地镶嵌在样品内部,完整性较好,且有网状、粒状胶状物质包覆在漂珠颗粒表面。DB将空气隔绝到一个个封闭的空间内,可有效减少热量的传递。Unburned refractory brick were prepared with MoT as the main raw material,and adding appropriate auxiliary raw materials by pressing molding.The effects of molding pressure and drift bead content on the performance of the sample were studied.The results show that when mass ratios of MoT,DB,Cement and FA were 55∶25∶10∶10,the dosage of mixing water was 10%and the molding pressure was 15 MPa,the compressive strength can reach 7.8 MPa,and the fire resistance conforms to the construction industry standard GB/T 9978.1-2008.The microcosmic analysis shows that the DB is uniformly embedded in the sample with good integrity,and there is a network,granular gelatinous material coated on the surface of the drift bead particles.The existence of DB isolates the air into a closed space,which can effectively reduce the heat transfer.
