载银/铜/锌海泡石的制备及在尼龙织物中的应用

摘　　要：对海泡石进行活化改性后,装载银/铜/锌3种金属离子,制备得到抗菌材料,再采用“浸渍+浸轧”联合法对尼龙织物进行抗菌整理。结果显示,银离子、铜离子和锌离子成功装载到海泡石上,并通过抗菌整理应用到尼龙织物上。经过抗菌整理后的尼龙织物对大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌环平均直径分别为14.0 mm和14.2 mm,表明其具备了较好的抗菌性能。After sepiolite was activated and modified,silver/copper/zinc metal ions were loaded to prepare antibacterial materials,and then the antibacterial finishing of nylon fabric was carried out by the combined method of"immersion and dip rolling".The results showed that the silver ions,copper ions and zinc ions were successfully loaded onto sepiolite,and entered nylon fibers through antibacterial finishing.The mean diameter of the bacteriostatic ring against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was about 14.0 mm and 14.2 mm respectively,indicating that the nylon fabric had good antibacterial properties.
