摘　　要：《世说新语》中关于王羲之“东床坦腹”的婚姻佳话,实际上有着深刻的政治内涵。郗鉴择婿东床的时机与动因,暗含着对东晋政局的多方考量:一是联合王导,以北来流民帅的身份立足江左、稳固权力;二是与琅琊王氏形成军政联盟,内外呼应,以壮大武力外藩的军事实力;三是借助王羲之家族关系与宗教信仰,以拓展交游,经营政治资本;四是鉴于王羲之无心政事,可在复杂时局中从容进退、保全门户。郗、王联姻,当下可以安定政局,长远可以延续门户,同时也在客观上制衡了其他不轨门阀,从而维持了东晋朝廷较长时间的安宁稳定。In A New Account of the Tales of the World,the marriage story about Wang Xizhi becoming Xi Jian's eligible son-in-law actually has profound political connotation.The timing and motivation for Xi Jian to choose an eligible son-in-law implies many considerations about the political situation in the Eastern Jin Dynasty:1)Unite with Wang Dao and keep a foothold in Jiangzuo as the Chief Commander of refugees from the north to consolidate the power;2)Form a military-political alliance with Wang's family of Lang Ya to realize a situation of high praise inside and active response outside to strengthen the military strength for vassal states;3)With the help of Wang Xizhi's family relations and religious beliefs,expand the social circle and raise political funds;4)In view of Wang Xizhi's carelessness in political affairs,guarantee Wang Xizhi to advance and retreat in the complicated situation and protect the families.The connection of Xi's family and Wang's family through marriage can stabilize the political situation and continue the development of the two families in the long run.At the same time,it also objectively checks and balances other unscrupulous dominant families,thus maintaining the peace and stability of the royal court of the Eastern Jin Dynasty for a long time.
