摘　　要：探究纤维蛋白粘合剂的止血功能和对皮肤软组织修复的影响。观察组采用纤维蛋白粘合剂止血,对照组采用凝血酶止血,研究2组止血相关指标,对比凝血指标、炎症因子水平以及透明质酸(HA)和羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量变化情况,问卷调查满意度。结果表明,观察组的渗血量少于对照组,止血时间、创面愈合时间及VAS评分低于对照组,且差异均显著(P<0.05)。2组各项凝血功能指标治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组APTT、PT高于对照组,PLT、Fbg低于对照组,且差异均显著(P<0.05);2组血清IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组较对照组降低明显,且差异显著(P<0.05);组内比较2组HA、HYP水平治疗前后显示差异显著(P<0.05),组间比较治疗前差异显著(P<0.05),治疗后观察组HA低于对照组,HYP高于对照组,且差异均显著(P<0.05);观察组满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。纤维蛋白粘合剂止血功能优于凝血酶,且对于皮肤软组织修复具有促进作用,有利于降低炎症因子水平、改善凝血功能,满意度高。To explore the hemostatic function of fibrin adhesive and its effect on skin and soft tissue repair,with the observation group adopting fibrin adhesive for hemostasis and the control group adopting thrombin for hemostasis,the hemostasis-related indexes of the two groups were recorded.The coagulation indexes,the levels of inflammatory factors and the changes of the contents of hyaluronic acid(HA)and hydroxyproline(HYP)were compared,and the patient satisfaction was investigated by questionnaire.The amount of blood oozing in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the hemostasis time,wound healing time and VAS score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the coagulation function indexes between the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),while af⁃ter treatment,APTT and PT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and PLT and Fbg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The differences of serum IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αlevel before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),while after treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differ⁃ence was significant(P<0.05).The HA and HYP levels within each group before and after treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The HA and HYP levels between the two groups before treatment showed a sig⁃nificant difference(P<0.05),whileafter treatment,the HA of the observation group was lower than that of the con⁃trol group,and the HYP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a significant differ⁃ence(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The hemostatic function of fibrin adhesive is better than that of thrombin,and it can promote the repair of skin an
