摘　　要：装配式建筑中,防水密封质量一直都是引人关注的话题,其防水的密封质量关键在于密封胶与墙板的粘接可靠性。在装配式建筑中,密封胶尤其以改性硅胶质量最优,其不管是粘接性,还是耐候性,或者是稳定性都是优等。选择密封胶,要保证其粘接可靠性达到85%以上,否则易影响建筑的防水质量。In prefabricated buildings,the quality of waterproof sealing has always been a topic of concern.The key to the quality of waterproof sealing lies in the bonding reliability between the sealant and the wallboard.In prefabri⁃cated buildings,the quality of the sealant,especially modified silica gel,is the best,which is excellent in adhesion,weather resistance,and stability.When choosing a sealant,ensure that its bonding reliability reaches more than 85%,otherwise it will easily affect the waterproof quality of the building.
