摘  要:针对国内包装用溶剂型聚氨酯复膜胶综合成本高,易挥发有毒有害物质的问题提出环保型水性聚氨酯(WPU)复膜胶的制备,并通过纳米二氧化硅对其改性。结果表明,纳米二氧化硅对复膜胶力学和热稳定性能产生积极作用,6%二氧化硅综合性能表现最佳。此时,WPU复膜胶粘断裂伸长率为472%,拉伸强度为23.5 MPa,度为116.3 c P,WPU/BOPET薄膜剥离强度为0.58 N/cm,最大分解速率对应的温度为398℃,具有一定可见光透过率,有望作为复膜胶在高端商品软包装得到应用。In view of the high comprehensive cost and volatile toxic and harmful substances of solvent based poly⁃urethane laminating adhesive for packaging in China,the preparation of environment-friendly waterborne polyure⁃thane(WPU)aminating adhesive was proposed and modified by nano silica.The results show that nano silica has a positive effect on the mechanical and thermal stability of the compound,and the comprehensive properties of 6%sil⁃ica are the best.At this time,the elongation at break of WPU lamination adhesive is 472%,the tensile strength is 23.5 mpa,the degree is 116.3 cp,the peel strength of WPU/BOPET film is 0.58 n·cm-1,the temperature corre⁃sponding to the maximum decomposition rate is 398℃,and it has a certain visible light transmittance.It is expect⁃ed to be used as lamination adhesive in high-end soft packaging.
