摘　　要：装配式建筑密封胶的不同胶质会影响接缝封胶效果,为了提升密封胶密封性能,提出装配式建筑外墙保温板接缝用密封胶研究方法。该方法针对密封胶的不同胶质,选取4种不同成分的密封胶用作实验测试,通过选取密封胶胶样,对密封胶开展粘接性、耐老化性测试研究,根据测试结果将不同物质的密封胶应用在实际建筑工程中观察对比,依据密封胶最终对比效果,得出型号为PC910及SMP651的密封胶更适用于装配式建筑外墙保温板接缝密封工程中。Different colloids in prefabricated building sealants can affect the quality of the joint sealant.In order to improve the sealing performance of the sealant,the research method of the sealant for the joints of the prefabricated building exterior wall insulation board was proposed.This method is aimed at different colloids of sealants,and four kinds of sealants with different components are selected for experimental tests.Through the selection of sealant sam⁃ples,the sealant adhesive test and aging resistance test were conducted.According to the test results,the applica⁃tion of the sealant was observed and compared in actual construction projects.According to the comparison of the fi⁃nal effect of the sealant,it is concluded that the sealants of model PC910 and model SMP651 are more suitable for the joint sealing project of the prefabricated building exterior wall insulation board.
