摘  要:由于结构胶具备替代焊点完成钢板结构粘接的使命,且单车使用量逐年增加,尤其在新能源汽车中更加明显。目前各大主机厂对于结构胶标准的制订日趋完善,但大部分均简单引用国标GB/T 36877—2018或者ISO 11343:2019。在实际应用中对测试结果存在理解偏差,特别是对冲击剥离的图形解析不明确,甚至误读错读图形,最终导致结论不正确。从楔形冲击剥离原理、实际操作、结果解读、标准对比等方面对结构胶的冲击剥离测试进行研究与探讨,并结合实际经验及相关文献,给出结构胶在低温冲击剥离测试结果的推荐判定方法。Because structural adhesive has the mission of replacing welding spot to complete the bonding of steel plate structure,the usage of single cycle is increasing year by year,especially in new energy automobile.At present,the establishment of structural adhesive standards of major OEMs is gradually perfect,but most of them simply refer to GB/T 36877—2018 or ISO 11343:2019.In the actual application,there is a misunderstanding of the test results,especially the unclear analysis of the impact wedge-peel graph,and even the misreading of the graph,which eventu⁃ally leads to the incorrect conclusion.The impact wedge-peel test of structural adhesive is studied and discussed from the aspects ofimpact wedge-peel principle,practical operation,result interpretation,standard comparison and so on.Combined with the actual experience and related literature,the recommended judgment method of the impact wedge-peel test results of structural adhesive at low temperature is given.
