摘 要:在建筑工程中,桩基础的施工是关键环节之一,需注重控制混凝土桩基的施工质量,增强建筑结构稳定性,有效提升工程质量。以改性MDI、聚醚多元醇等为原料,制备了混凝土桩基伸缩缝用低模量双组分聚氨酯密封胶并制作了弹性体。探讨了胶配制时的异氰酸酯指数(R)及混凝土表面处理工艺对混凝土粘接性能产生的影响,对混凝土桩基施工中频繁出现的问题及解决措施进行分析,更好地提升高层房屋建筑工程的混凝土桩基施工质量。In the construction engineering,the pile foundation construction is one of the key links.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the construction quality of concrete pile foundation,enhance the stability of building structure and improve the engineering quality effectively.A low modulus two-component polyurethane seal⁃ant for expansion joint of concrete pile foundation was prepared with modified 4,4'diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocy⁃anate(MDI)and polyether polyol as raw materials.The influence of the Isocyanate index(R)in the preparation of adhesive and the technology of concrete surface treatment on the bonding performance of concrete was discussed.The problems frequently occurring in the construction of concrete pile foundation and the solving measures were an⁃alyzed to improve the construction quality of concrete pile foundation of high-rise building engineering.
