摘  要:利用UG二次开发工具Open/GRIP进行了梯度多孔金属材料的自动化建模,然后运用正交实验法优化出选区激光烧结梯度金属多孔材料的最佳工艺参数,最后研究了选区激光烧结技术工艺参数对梯度多孔金属材料性能和成型质量的影响。结果表明,优化的最佳工艺参数成型出的制件质量最好,表面光滑,孔径大小与模型的要求相近,孔的分布较均匀,孔壁表面粗糙度小,孔隙率较高,相对透气度也较大。The UG secondary development tool Open/GRIP was used to carry out the automatic modeling of gradi⁃ent porous metal materials,and then the optimal process parameters of selective laser sintering gradient metal po⁃rous materials were optimized by orthogonal experimental method,and finally the influence of selective laser sinter⁃ing technology process parameters on the properties and forming quality of gradient porous metal materials was stud⁃ied.The result showed that the optimized process parameters formed the best part quality,smooth surface,similar pore size to the requirements of the model,uniform distribution of holes,small surface roughness of the pore wall,high porosity and relatively large air permeability.
