摘　　要：在对烧伤瘢痕患者进行整形修复治疗的过程中,硅凝胶瘢痕贴片作为一种安全、有效的新型材料,开始在此类患者的修复治疗中得到越来越多的应用。在对接受整形修复治疗的烧伤瘢痕者进行分组研究,分别实施常规皮肤软组织扩张治疗和皮肤软组织扩张联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片治疗。结果表明,在皮肤创面愈合时间与血运恢复时间、术后不同时间皮肤创面愈合率、临床疼痛程度,以及皮肤瘢痕评分情况等方面,皮肤软组织扩张联合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片治疗均体现出较为明显的临床应用优势。In recent years,silicone gel scar patch,as a safe and effective new material,has begun to be used more and more in the repair and treatment of burn scar patients.In a group study of burn scar patients receiving plastic and repair treatment,conventional skin soft tissue dilation treatment and skin soft tissue dilation combined with silicone gel scar patch treatment were implemented,respectively.The results showed that skin soft tissue dila⁃tion combined with silicone gel scar patch treatment showed obvious clinical application advantages in terms of skin wound healing time and blood recovery time,skin wound healing rate at different times after surgery,clinical pain degree,and skin scar score.
