摘  要:为了提升高性能水泥基灌浆料的基本性能,采用普通硅酸盐水泥和快硬性硫铝酸盐水泥进行复配,通过该方式作为高性能水泥基灌浆料的胶凝材料,并向灌浆料中加入水泥、骨料、外加剂等成分。为解决灌浆料的粒子团聚问题,利用水泥砂浆标准搅拌程序提高水泥基的强度,有利于提高水泥基灌浆料的性能。将其应用于装配式建筑领域,可降低工程施工的成本。In order to improve the basic performance of high performance cement-based grouting material,ordinary Portland cement and fast hard sulphoaluminate cement are used as the cementing material of high performance ce⁃ment-based grouting material,and cement,aggregate,additives and other components are added to the grouting ma⁃terial.In order to solve the particle agglomeration problem of grouting material,the standard mixing procedure of ce⁃ment mortar is used to improve the strength of cement base,which is beneficial to improvingthe performance of ce⁃ment base grouting material.The cost of engineering construction can be reduced if it is applied to the field of pre⁃fabricated buildings.
