摘 要:水凝胶具有三维多孔网络结构,与细胞外基质(ECM)具有相似的结构特征,不仅可以用于封装细胞与生物活性因子,还具有良好的传质能力,广泛应用于组织工程领域。本文从组织工程用水凝胶材料的性能特点出发,重点介绍了水凝胶的生物相容性、生物降解性与可自修复性,综述了近年来水凝胶在心血管治疗、骨组织修复、口腔医学、眼科疾病治疗、皮肤组织再生五个组织工程领域的发展与应用,并在最后对现有研究成果进行了总结与展望,为相关领域的学者提供了参考。Hydrogels have a three-dimensional porous network structure and similar structural characteristics to extracellular matrix(ECM).They can not only be used to encapsulate cells and bioactive factors,but also have good mass transfer ability,and are widely used in the field of tissue engineering.Based on the performance characteristics of gel materials used for tissue engineering,this paper focuses on the biocompatibility,biodegradability and self-healing of hydrogels,reviews the development and application of hydrogels in five tissue engineering fields in recent years,including cardiovascular treatment,bone tissue repair,stomatology,ophthalmic disease treatment,and skin tissue regeneration,and finally summarizes and prospects the existing research achievements,it provides a reference for scholars in relevant fields.
