摘 要:碳材料具有优良的水热稳定性,对Al_(2)O_(3)载体进行碳包覆,可以改善材料的水热稳定、调变表面官能团结构及亲水疏水性等性能。本文以葡萄糖作为碳源,采用浸渍-焙烧法制备了碳包覆氧化铝的C-Al_(2)O_(3)复合载体材料,通过等体积浸渍法制备了25%Co/C-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。与纯Al_(2)O_(3)载体负载钴的催化剂Co/P-Al_(2)O_(3)相比,在高温(230℃)及高CO转化率(60%)的高水分压条件下,Co/C-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂CO的转化率提高了9.1%,稳定性显著增强。Carbon material has excellent hydrothermal stability.Carbon coated Al_(2)O_(3) support that can improve the hydrothermal stability,modulate the surface functional group structure and hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties.Here,we used glucose as carbon source to prepare the C-Al_(2)O_(3) by impregnated-calcined method,and the Co/C-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst(25%)was prepared by incipient wetness impregnation method.Compared with the Co/P-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst,the Co/C-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst has much higher catalytic activity at a reaction temperature of 230℃with CO conversion of 60%,which was increased by 9.1%.Moreover,a very impressive stability was observed for the Co/C-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst.
