摘　　要：电石做为重要的化工原料,广泛应用于化工、冶金、医药等诸多领域,本文针对电石炉的运行工艺、产尘特点、飞灰特性等进行了分析,对电石炉各产尘点飞灰的气力输送配置、输送工艺等进行了分析、改进开发,最终的配置、输送工艺在项目应用取得了满意的输送效果。As an important chemical raw material,calcium carbide is widely used in many fields such as chemical industry,metallurgy,medicine,etc.This paper analyzes the operation process,dust production characteristics and fly ash characteristics of calcium carbide furnace,and analyzes,improves and develops the pneumatic conveying configuration and conveying process of fly ash at each dust production point of calcium carbide furnace.The final configuration and conveying process have achieved satisfactory conveying effect in the project application.
