摘 要:针对氟碳法合成CF_(4)因反应剧烈、放热量大而存在的安全隐患及反应收率较低的问题,以氟碳反应器为研究对象,对影响反应器安全高效性的内部结构和影响反应收率的工艺参数进行了研究。根据现有反应器的结构缺陷对其进行改进,研究新型反应器的安全生产条件。结果表明,新型反应器可以在不使用抑爆剂的条件下实现安全高效生产,极大地降低了能耗和设备成本。通过单因素试验,研究了反应温度、反应压力和氟气流量对反应收率的影响。基于单因素试验结果和因素间的交互作用,进行了两因素三水平三重复试验和方差分析,以提升反应收率为目标对工艺参数进行优化,筛选出最优的工艺参数组合。以筛选出的最优工艺参数组合进行验证性试验,结果表明使用该工艺参数组合的反应收率为94.87%,单台反应器的CF_(4)产能为13.73kg·h^(-1)、每小时电耗为242.63kW·h,具有极高的经济价值。In view of the safety risks of CF_(4) synthesis by fluorocarbon method due to the intense reaction and high heat release,and the prob-lems of low reaction yield,the fluorocarbon reactor was taken as the research object,and the internal structure affecting the safety and efficiency of the reactor and the technological parameters affecting the reaction yield were studied.According to the structural defects of the existing reactor,the safety production conditions of the new reactor are studied.The results show that the new reactor can achieve safe and efficient production without the use of explosion suppressor,and greatly reduce the energy consumption and equipment cost.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and fluorine gas flow rate on the yield were studied by single factor test.Based on the single factor test results and the interaction between the factors,the two-factor,three-level,three-repeat test and analysis of variance were designed and carried out,and the process parameters were optimized to improve the reaction yield,and the optimal process parameter combination was selected.The optimal process parameter combination was selected to carry out the verification test.The results showed that the reaction yield of this process parameter combination was 94.87%,the CF_(4) production capacity of a single reactor was 13.73 kg·h^(-1),and the power consumption per hour was 242.63 kW·h,which had very high economic value.
