摘  要:针对LiPF_(6)粗产品不溶物含量较高的问题,以LiPF_(6)为研究对象,对在不同压力条件下采用高纯PF5气体对LiPF_(6)粗产品进行熟成处理的工艺技术进行了研究。考察了在不同压力条件下,LiPF_(6)粗产品中不溶物的变化情况。结果表明,在相同压力下,不溶物含量逐渐降低最后趋于某一特定值保持不变;在不同压力条件下,随着压力的增大,不溶物降低至100ppmw所需的时间逐渐减少。本研究成果为合理调节LiPF_(6)生产体系中的不溶物含量提供了理论依据。In view of the high content of insoluble matter and acid in LiPF_(6) crude product,taking LiPF_(6) as the research object,the process technology of ripening LiPF_(6) crude product with high-purity PF_(5) gas under different pressure conditions was studied.The change of insoluble matter in LiPF_(6) crude product under different pressure conditions was investigated.The results showed that under the same pressure,the content of insoluble substances gradually decreased and finally tended to a certain value and remained unchanged;under different pressure conditions,with the increase of pressure,the time required to reduce the insoluble matter to 100 ppmw gradually decreases.The research results provide a theoretical basis for rea-sonably adjusting the content of insoluble matter and acid in LiPF_(6) production system.
