摘 要:目的:对荔枝草饮片质量标准的提高进行研究。方法:对采集的10批荔枝草饮片进行粉末显微观察,采用《中国药典》2020年版(四部)通则相关方法,测定了荔枝草饮片的水分、总灰分、水溶性及醇溶性浸出物的含量,建立了薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法。结果:荔枝草饮片显微特征明显;水分含量范围为10.0%~11.3%、总灰分含量范围为10.2%~14.9%、水溶性浸出物含量范围为13.8%~20.6%、醇溶性浸出物含量范围为6.0%~12.0%;薄层色谱方法可靠易行;高车前苷含量范围为0.19%~0.40%。结论:本研究建立的标准简便易行,提高了荔枝草质量标准水平。Objective:To study the improvement of the quality standard of litchi chinensis decoction pieces.Methods:The 10 batches of litchi chinensis decoction pieces were observed by powder microscopy,and the contents of water,total ash,water-soluble and alcohol-soluble extracts of li-tchi chinensis decoction pieces were determined by using the relevant methods of the general principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020(Part IV),and the TLC identification and content determination methods were established.Results:The microscopic characteristics of Litchi chinensis decoc-tion were obvious;The water content range is 10.0%~11.3%,the total ash content range is 10.2%~14.9%,the water soluble extract content range is 13.8%~20.6%,and the alcohol soluble extract content range is 6.0%~12.0%;The TLC method is reliable and easy to operate;The content of high plantain ranges from 0.19%~0.40%.Conclusion:The standard established in this study is simple and feasible,and improves the quality standard level of Litchi chinensis.
