摘 要:接触网测量多采用传统的点对点人工测量方式,存在测量效率低、误差大等问题。基于此,本文提出了一种基于线结构激光测量的接触网参数检测设备,通过激光扫描、数据获取.数据提取、构建三维模型等过程,测量出接触网导高、拉出值、定位器坡度等参数,实现对接触网非接触式连续测量,可实时显示不同点位测量结果。通过分析汉十高铁区间接触网测量数据,与传统人工测量比较,显著提高接触网测量精度和效率,避免人为测量误差,节约工程成本,缩短工期。The traditional point-to-point manual method is often used in catenary measurement,which has some problems such as low efficiency and large error.Based on this,the paper puts forward a kind of catenary parameter detection equipment based on line-structure laser measurement,through the process of laser scanning,data acquisition,data extraction,building three-dimensional model,etc.,by measuring the parameters such as guide height,pull-out value and the slope of locator,the contactor can be continuously measured,the measuring results of different points can be displayed in real time.By analyzing the catenary measurement data of Wuhan-Shiyan High-speed Railway,the paper compares it with the traditional manual measurement,which highly improves the measuring accuracy and efficiency of the catenary,avoids artificial measuring errors,saves project costs,and shortens the construction period.
