摘 要:针对钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管(SRTP)在山区环境应用中的复杂条件,开展SRTP管环刚度特性研究,是SRTP管在大型抽蓄电站中应用的重要基础。通过理论分析推导了SRTP环刚度的理论计算公式,确定了SRTP环刚度的测试方法;基于有限元数值软件开展了SRTP环刚度数值计算及分析。研究结果表明:(1)SRTP环刚度测试的数值模拟与室内试验测试结果吻合较好,具有一定参考价值;(2)洛宁抽水蓄能电站SRTP环刚度为135.975 kPa,满足现场施工要求;(3)SRTP比普通聚乙烯管道抗压性能提升了近60%,表明钢丝网层与HDPE结合能够有效提高复合管的抗压性能。研究结果可为评价钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管抵抗变形的能力提供依据。For the complex conditions of wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe(SRTP)application in mountainous environment,the study of SRTP pipe ring stiffness characteristics is an important basis for the application of SRTP pipe in large pumped storage power plants.The theoretical calculation formula of SRTP ring stiffness was derived through theoretical analysis,and the test method of SRTP ring stiffness was determined;the numerical calculation and analysis of SRTP ring stiffness were carried out based on finite element numerical software.The results show that:(1)the numerical simulation of SRTP ring stiffness test is in good agreement with the indoor test results and has certain reference value;(2)the SRTP ring stiffness of Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station is 135.975 kPa,which meets the site construction requirements;(3)the compressive performance of SRTP is improved by nearly 60%compared with ordinary polyethylene pipe,which indicates that the combination of wire mesh layer and HDPE can effectively improve the compressive performance of composite pipes.The research results can provide a basis for evaluating the ability of wire mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe to resist deformation.
