摘 要:大型高铁站房为公共建筑,屋盖跨度大、高架层人员密集、承轨层承受较大的列车动荷载,且部分特殊区域受力情况复杂,分析设计难度大,且存在偶然超载的隐患,故整体结构内力分析时风险点较多。针对站房结构的特点,为了降低事故发生概率,宜通过健康监测的方法进行测试元件布设、数据传输、数据处理、风险评估。以大型客站重庆西站为工程背景,采用“基于数值计算、符合规范要求、整体分析为主、考虑局部加强”原则进行健康监测方案的设计,监测项目为屋盖内力、、振型、变形、风速、高架层的竖向舒适度、承轨层的梁振动参数和东站房重点区域内力和振动等内容,通过选定位置布设元件进行监测。通过此健康检测系统提高了服役后车站结构的可靠度。The high-speed railway station building is a large public building with a large roof span,intensive personnel living on elevated floors,rail floor bearing the weight of the large dynamic train load,and some special areas being difficult to design and analyze the stress conditions.So,there are some risk points for complex structures of accidental overloading in the internal force analysis of the overall structure.In view of the characteristics of the station building structure and in order to reduce the probability of accidents,it is advisable to conduct test element layout,data transmission,data processing and risk assessment by means of health monitoring.Based on Chongqing West Railway Station engineering,the health monitoring project is designed in the principle of“basing on numerical calculation,conforming to the requirements of the code,focusing on the overall analysis and considering local strengthening”.There are some monitoring items that are roof’s internal force,vibration mode,deformation,wind speed,elevated floor’s vertical comfort,beam vibration parameters of the rail bearing floor,and internal force and vibration in the key areas of the east station building.Monitoring system has been formed by deploying elements at selected locations.Through this health monitoring system,the reliability of the station structure is improved after service.
