摘  要:顶推法在上跨既有铁路的桥梁施工架设中是一种常用的施工方法。针对常规顶推施工存在顶推速度慢、千斤顶易起拱、易偏位、人工干预多、同步性较差等问题,介绍了自锁式顶推技术的改进研究与应用。开发了千斤顶与反力架一体化的自锁式顶推动力装置,并将夹轨器应用于跨铁路钢桥的顶推施工中,采用了自动控制顶推及纠偏系统。以跨青阳港80 m钢桁梁顶推、常州奔发路上跨沪宁城际及京沪铁路钢箱梁顶推为工程背景,介绍了改进技术的应用。改进后的技术顶推效率高,速度快,对铁路影响小,效益明显。The incremental launching method is a common construction method in the erection of bridges over existing railways.Aiming at the problems existing in the conventional bridge incremental launching method,such as slow launching speed,easy arched jack,easy deflection,more manual intervention and poor synchronization,this paper introduces the improvement research and application of self-locking launching technology.The self-locking jacking force device integrating jack and reaction frame is developed,and the rail clamping device is applied to the incremental launching construction of railway erossing steel bridges.The automatie control incremental launching and deviation correction system is adopted.Based on the project of 80 m steel truss girder launching across Qingyang Port,and steel box girder launching across Shanghai Nanjing Intercity Railway and Beijing-Shanghai Railway on Changzhou Benfa Road,the application of improved self-locking launching technology is introduced.The improved technology has high efficiency,high speed,small impact on the railway and obvious benefits.
