摘  要:针对大吨位转体斜拉桥采用的新型齿轮齿轨式转体系统,通过设置试拼试验,在1:1试拼场地全过程模拟驱动系统安装及正式转体时的驱动过程,验证了整套驱动装置转体过程中齿轮的啮合状态及同步性,没有啃齿和啮合少的情况发生;验证了不同转速下滚轮小车转动的平稳性,整套驱动装置的结构强度和转动性能满足要求;验证了转体驱动的线路长度满足转角要求;验证了转体意外发生时,齿轮齿条的脱开机制。在随后的工程应用中,保障了新型齿轮齿轨式转体系统的应用安全及转体效率,创新了桥梁转体方式。For the new gear rack type rotating system adopted for large-tonnage rotary cable-stayed bridge,through the setting of trial assembly test,the driving process of the whole process of the simulation drive system installation and formal rotation of the 1:1 trial site verifies the meshing state and synchronization of the gears in the process of turming the whole set of drive devices,and there is no gnawing and less meshing.The smoothness of the rotation of the roller trolley at different speeds is verified,and the structural strength and rotational performance of the whole set of drive devices meet the requirements.It is verified that the line length of the rotating drive meets the comner requirements.The disengagement mechanism of the rack and pinion when the turning accident occurs is verified.In the subsequent engineering application,the application safety and turning efficiency of the new gear rack type turning system are guaranteed,and the bridge turming method is innovated.
