摘 要:双护盾TBM法施工隧洞掌子面发生突涌水,极易造成TBM长时间停机,不仅会降低TBM工作效率,还会恶化TBM工作环境。为解决输水隧洞掌子面突涌水技术难题,依托晋中引黄输水隧洞工程,针对掌子面涌水情况,制定了基于不同涌水量、围岩等级的超前注浆堵水方案分类标准,并提出了全断面多孔同步注浆技术及超前注浆堵水处理方案;通过全断面对称分区孔位钻孔、渐进型式注浆,提高了施工效率,取得了较好的突涌水堵水效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。If water inrush occurs at the tunnel face constructed by double shield TBM method,it is very easy to cause TBM to stop for a long time,which will not only reduce the working efficiency of TBM,but also deteriorate the working environment of TBM.In order to solve the technical problem of water inrush from the tunnel face,this paper,relying on the Yellow River Diversion Tunnel Project in Jinzhong,has formulated the classification standard of advanced grouting water blocking scheme based on different water inflow and surrounding rock grade,and proposed the full section multi hole synchronous grouting technology and advanced grouting water plugging treatment scheme.The construction efficiency has been improved by drilling holes symmetrically in the whole section and progressive grouting.It has achieved good water inrush blocking effect,which can provide reference for similar projects.
