摘 要:TBM施工长大隧道经常遇到围岩特性变化、不良地质、地质灾害等不利物质条件,致使TBM施工降效、卡机、异常停机甚至“埋机”“淹机”等严重后果,给施工单位造成不同程度的工期和费用损失,不利物质条件下的TBM施工索赔不可避免。国内专家对不利物质条件下TBM卡机脱困和超前处理等研究比较深入,缺乏从合同管理角度解决TBM施工索赔的计算方法。根据施工经验分析了长大隧道TBM施工常见的不利物质条件及其对TBM施工产生的影响,基于国内某引水隧洞项目连续蚀变岩带施工案例,从合同管理角度提出不利物质条件下的TBM施工索赔方法。Adverse material conditions such as changes in the characteristics of surrounding rock,unfavorable geology,and geological disasters are often encountered during the construction of ultra-long tunnels constructed by TBM,resulting in serious consequences such as construction efficiency reduction,jamming,abnormal shutdown,and even“burying”and“flooding”,etc.of the TBM,which will cause different degrees of construction period and cost losses to the contractor,so claims for TBM construction under adverse material conditions are inevitable.Domestic experts have conducted in-depth research on TBM jamming and advanced treatment under adverse material conditions,but calculation method to solve TBM construction claims from the perspective of contract management is inadequate.According to previous construction experience,this paper analyzes the common adverse material conditions in TBM construction of ultra-long tunnels and their influence on TBM construction.Based on the construction case of a domestic diversion tunnel project in the continuous altered rock zone,the method of claims for TBM construction under adverse material conditions is put forward from the perspective of contract management.
