摘  要:常规500 m长钢轨铺设主要采用CPG500及WZ500等铺轨设备,在双线铁路长钢轨铺设施工过程中,本线铺设完成后,邻线长钢轨铺设需设备转线。针对采用自主研发的BLCP500型本邻两线长钢轨铺设设备,对本邻两线长钢轨铺设施工工艺进行介绍,并对其施工过程中的操作要点及注意事项进行了重点描述;该设备的应用,实现了邻线铺轨时设备无需转线,大幅提高了施工效率,减少了铺轨施工配合人员数量及滚轮等材料的使用量,同时降低了长大下坡道邻线铺轨安全风险。CPG500 and W2500 and ober track-laying equipment are mainly used for the conventional 500-meter long rail laying.In the coostruction proces of double-track long rail laying,the long rail laying of adjacent line needs equipment to transfer the line after the completion of the laying of one line.This paper discuses the use of the long rail laying device of self-developed BLCP500 type,intoduces the oonstruction technology of double-tack long rail laying,and mainly describes the points for atention and key points.The device does not need to transtfer lines during the rail laying of the adjacent line.It greatly improves the construetion efficiency,reduces the number of track-laying construetion personnel and the use of materials such as rllrs,and lowers the safety risk of track-laying of adjacent line of long down ramp.
