摘  要:以对苯二甲酸(TPA)和四水乙酸钴[Co(OAc)_(2)·4H_(2)O]为原料,通过水相沉淀法制备对苯二甲酸钴(CoTP·2H_(2)O)催化剂。将该催化剂用于氧化乙苯制备苯乙酮的反应中,选择苯乙酮选择性和收率为考察指标,通过设计单因素的方法分别考察催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对催化氧化的影响并确定最佳的工艺条件。结果表明:CoTP·2H_(2)O催化剂用量为乙苯摩尔分数4%,反应温度为130℃,反应时间为32 h,此条件下的苯乙酮选择性和收率最优,分别为84%和75%。相对于传统配位催化剂,该CoTP·2H_(2)O催化剂成本较低,在催化乙苯氧化制备苯乙酮的反应中具备较高的稳定性、较好的催化效果并降低了生产成本,具有工业应用的前景。Cobalt terephthalate(CoTP·2H_(2)O)catalyst was prepared by aqueous precipitation from terephthalic acid and cobalt acetate tetrahydrate.The catalyst was used in the oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone.The selectivity and yield of acetophenone were selected as the evaluation indexes.The effects of catalyst dosage,temperature and time on the reaction were investigated by designing single factor and orthogonal experiments,and the optimal technological conditions were determined.The results show that the amount of CoTP·2H_(2)O catalyst is 4%,the reaction temperature is 130℃,and the reaction time is 32 h.Under the circumstances,the selectivity of acetophenone is 84%and the yield of acetophenone is 75%.Compared with the traditional coordination catalyst,the CoTP·2H_(2)O catalyst has a lower cost.It has higher stability,better catalytic effect and lower production cost in the catalytic oxidation of ethylbenzene to acetophenone.It has a prospect of industrial application.
