摘 要:随着汽车工业的高速发展,对其漆膜的性能要求也不断提高,其中抗污染性能是非常重要的方面.该研究使用“巨型”笼聚倍半硅氧烷(polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane,POSS),采用自由基聚合法将烯丙基七异丁基-POSS等单体合成POSS改性丙烯酸树脂,得出烯丙基七异丁基POSS最佳含量为5.0 PHR,GPC确认Mn为2626,Mw为3763,PDI为1.438.确定POSS改性丙烯树脂为6%、氨基-POSS为1%为最佳量,制备的POSS改性丙烯酸-聚氨酯2K清漆,接触角达96°,远高于竞品.清漆涂膜表面粗糙度由4 nm提升到12 nm左右,提升幅度约200%.耐污染性能提升了50%以上.制备的清漆涂层具有模拟荷叶表面微纳米结构,明显提升了清漆的抗污染性,同时保持了现有清漆的综合性能.With the rapid development of automobile industry,the performance requirements of its paint film are constantly improving,among which anti-pollution performance is a very important aspect.In this study,the"giant"polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)was used to synthesize the 1-ALLYL-3,5,7,911,13,15-HEPTAISOBUTYL-&modified acrylic resin by free radical polymerization method,and the optimal content of 1-ALLYL-3,5,7,9,11,13,15-HEPTAISOBUTYL-&was obtained as 5.0 PHR,GPC confirmed Mn=2626,Mw=3763,PDI=1.438,and combined with FT-IR comparison to confirm that allyl heptaisobutyl POSS was well polymerized in the resin.The optimum amount of POSS modified propylene resin was 6%and amino-POSS was 1%.The prepared POSS modified acrylic-polyurethane 2K varnish had a contact angle of 96°,which was much higher than that of competitive products.The surface roughness of varnish coating increased from 4 nm to about 12 nm,with an increase of about 200%.The pollution resistance was improved by more than 50%.The prepared varnish coating had a micro-nano structure simulating the lotus leaf surface,which significantly improves the anti-pollution property of the varnish while maintains the comprehensive performance of the existing varnish.
