摘 要:为分析钻孔加密过程中的孔周应力响应特征,根据河南某矿的实际情况,采用ABAQUS软件对钻孔加密过程应力响应进行模拟.结果表明:巷道周围的应力较为集中,破坏区域主要存在于巷道周围数米范围内,水平两侧的煤体破碎程度明显大于上下两侧;钻孔施工后,钻孔周围应力大幅度提高,随着钻孔间距的减小,钻孔间应力出现叠加现象,煤体产生较大塑性流动,形成了钻孔间相互沟通的裂隙场;钻孔水平方向裂隙发育多于垂直方向,且随着钻孔深度的增加,孔周应力呈不均匀性减小,钻孔周围裂隙也逐步减少.该研究有助于确定合理封孔深度,实现瓦斯高浓度抽采.In order to analyze the response characteristics of stress around the borehole during the drilling densification process,ABAQUS software was used to simulate the stress response based on an actual situation of one mine in Henan.The results showed that the stress around the roadway was relatively concentrated,and the damage area mainly existed in the range of several meters around the roadway.The degree of coal fragmentation on both sides of the horizontal side was significantly greater than that on the upper and lower sides.After the drilling construction,the stress around the borehole was greatly increased.With the decrease of the borehole spacing,the stress between the borehole was superposed,and the coal body produced a large plastic flow,forming a fracture field linked up to each other between boreholes.The horizontal fractures were more developed than that in the vertical fractures.With the increase of the borehole depth,the stress around the borehole decreased unevenly,and the fractures around the borehole also decreased gradually.The research results are helpful to determine reasonable borehole sealing depth with high-concentrated gas drainage.
