摘　　要：探析非物质文化遗产空间分布格局及规划响应路径是提升非遗保护、管理与开发水平的关键基础和重要前提。以绵阳市为样本,运用GIS工具探究其非遗空间格局特征,进而立足规划视角提出具体发展策略。结果表明,研究区域非遗类型结构完善、数量不均衡,整体格局为“四核一带”的“C”形空间分布结构,不同类型非遗的空间分布具有明显区域性特征。基于此,试图在空间规划体系重构背景下将绵阳市非遗资源保护发展框架与国土空间规划体系有机衔接,通过顶层设计与横向传导互促共进的方式完善绵阳市非遗保护发展规划体系。具体可通过构建连线成片空间结构、合理配置设施用地、显化高密度区功能价值,优化其非遗发展总体格局。Exploring the spatial distribution pattern of intangible cultural heritage and planning response paths is a key foundation and important prerequisite for improving the protection,management and development of intangible cultural heritage.Taking Mianyang as a sample.The researchers use GIS tools to explore the characteristics of its spatial pattern,and then propose specific development strategies based on a planning perspective.The results show that:the type structure of intangible cultural heritage in Mianyang city is perfect despite the imbalanced quantity structure,the overall pattern is a"C"-shaped spatial distribution structure of"four cores and one belt",and the spatial distribution of difierent types of intangible cultural heritage has obvious regional characteristics.In the context of the reconstruction of the spatial planning system,the framework for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in Mianyang should be organically connected with the territorial spatial planning system,and the planning system for the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage in Mianyang should be improved by means of top-level design and horizontal conduction.Based on the spatial pattern characteristics and planning points of intangible cultural heritage in Mianyang,the overall pattern of intangible cultural heritage development should be optimised through the construction of a contiguous spatial structure,the reasonable allocation of land for fecilities and the visualisation of the fiinctional value of high-density areas.
