摘　　要：城市创新空间是创新活动与创新人群集聚的重要载体,实现其高质量建设将有效促进创新活动及创新型经济的蓬勃发展。在城市设计领域,现有研究多从空间设计入手,而较少关注其建设实施问题,缺少有效指导城市创新空间可持续营建的策略应对。城市创新空间开发周期较长,时常面临产业集聚乏力、时序安排混乱、公服(公共服务)配套不足等现实问题,对实施过程中的持续发展与动态适应提出较高要求。基于创新要素特征与现状建设的矛盾分析,结合典型实践经验,提出集约弹性的单元式开发、高效集聚的滚动式建设时序、多元主体参与下的配套供给3个方面的实施策略,构建城市创新空间可持续营建思路。最后以涪陵慧谷湖科创小镇为例,提出城市设计实施方案。Urban innovation space is an important carrier for innovation activities and innovation crowd gathering.Achieving its high-quality construction will efectively promote the vigorous development of innovation activities and innovative economy.In the field of urban design,the existing research mostly starts from space design,but pays less attention to its construction and implementation,lacking efective strategies to guide the sustainable construction of urban innovation space.The construction period of urban iimovation space is relatively long,and it is often faced with such practical problems as weak industrial agglomeration,chaotic scheduling,insufficient public service provision,etc.,which puts forward high requirements for sustainable development and dynamic adaptation in the implementation process.Based on the analysis of the contradiction between the characteristics of innovation elements and the current construction,combined with typical practical experience,the study proposes three implementation strategies to build a sustainable construction idea of urban innovation space:intensive and flexible unit development,efficient and clustered rolling construction timing,and supporting supply under multisubject participation.Finally,taking Huigu Lake Science and Innovation Town in Filling as an example,the implementation plan of urban design is proposed.
