摘 要:为提高水能资源的利用率,增强小水电在乡村振兴中“三农”服务和惠农效应,文章根据彪水岩水电站现存问题,结合坝址以上流域多年平均径流量,合理确定与水电站工程相适宜的装机容量、发电运行组合和机型。实践应用表明,基于丰、平、枯三个代表月水能分析成果的增效扩容技改方案,装机容量从原来500kW扩容至1460kW,能较好匹配电站分月来水量,发电引水流量大幅提升,机组能量转换效率得到提高,改造后电站发电、生态和社会经济效益凸显。In order to improve the utilization rate of hydropower resources and enhance the services for “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” and benefit effect of small hydropower in rural revitalization,based on the existing problems of Biaoshuiyan Hydropower Station and combined with the average annual runoff of the basin above the dam site,the paper reasonably determines the installed capacity,power generation operation combination and unit model suitable for the hydropower station project.Practical application shows that,the technical transformation scheme of efficiency and capacity expansion based on the results of monthly hydropower analysis,represented by wet month,normal month and dry month,the installed capacity is expanded from the original 500kW to 1460kW,which can better match the monthly incoming water of the station.The diversion water flow of power generation has been greatly increased,and the energy conversion efficiency of the unit has been high,and the power generation,ecological and social economic benefits of the station have been highlighted after the transformation.
