摘 要:引江济淮工程(安徽段)枞阳引江枢纽工程为引江济淮工程菜子湖线引江入口控制性枢纽,文章分析了引江济淮工程(安徽段)枞阳引江枢纽泵站水泵装置CFD数值优化计算和模型试验结果,通过改变进水喇叭管、进水导流墩、出水扩散管和出水导流墩的局部尺寸,能够满足水泵效率和安全稳定运行的要求,研究成果可为其他类似大中型泵站工程水泵效率改进提供参考。Zongyang Water Diversion Project in the Water Diversion Project fem Yangtze to Huaihe River(Anhui Section) is a control hub at the river inlet of Caizi Lake Route of the Water Diversion Project fem Yangtze to Huaihe River.This paper analyzes the CFD numerical optimization calculation and model test results of the water pump unit in the pumping station of Zongyang Water Diversion Project of the Water Diversion Project fem Yangtze to Huaihe River(Anhui Section).By changing the local size of inlet horn,inlet diversion pier,outlet diffuser and outlet diversion pier,the requirements of water pump efficiency and safe and stable operation can be met.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of water pump efficiency in other similar large and medium-sized pumping stations.
