摘  要:水利工程建设中,总体施工布置对项目能否顺利完成有举足轻重的影响,同样也对项目施工成本的控制起决定性的作用。施工导流方案不仅影响工程未来建设期间每年的进度安排,更影响到度汛方案的实施,对整个灌溉工程的工期及施工程序起着决定和控制作用。文章以斯里兰卡Yan Oya农业灌溉项目为例,参考可行性研究报告及设计单位给定的设计方案,结合项目当地实际情况,对项目总体施工计划及导流方案进行优化,既简化了施工程序,又节约了大量成本,提升了大坝整体施工质量,降低了度汛风险,可供今后类似工程项目参考。In water conservancy project construction,the overall construction layout has a decisive impact on the smooth completion of the project,and also plays a decisive role in the control of the project construction cost.The construction diversion scheme not only affects the annual progress arrangement of the project during the future construction period,but also affects the implementation of the flood control scheme,which plays a decisive and controlling role in the construction period and construction procedure of the whole irrigation project.Taking the Yan Oya Agricultural Irrigation Project in Sri Lanke as an example,by referring to the feasibility study report and the design scheme given by the design unit,and combining with the actual situation of the project,the overall construction plan and diversion scheme of the project are optimized,which not only simplifies the construction procedure,but also saves a lot of costs,improves the overall construction quality of the dam and reduces the risk of flood.It can be used as reference for similar projects in the future.
