摘  要:泵站压力钢管的扬水支管与主管的设计合理性会直接影响到水利枢纽的安全运行,亚洲最大的黄金峡水利枢纽泵站压力钢管的扬水支管与主管采用斜交布置方案,水头损失小,工作能耗低;扬水支管与主管采用月牙肋岔管的连接方式受力合理;CATIA中采用参数化建模提高了设计效率;为了更接近实际的受力状态,文章在对岔管进行相关有限元分析计算时,选用了实体单元对肋板进行模拟,使结果更加精细与合理。文章取得的研究成果对水利枢纽泵站压力钢管的设计与施工提供了一定参考,也可对今后国内外其他类似工程提供技术与经验支撑。The reasonableness of the design of the branch lifting pipe and main lifting pipe of the steel penstock in the pumping station will directly affect the safe operation of the water conservancy project.In Asia's largest pumping station of Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Project,the branch lifting pipe and main lifting pipe of the steel penstock adopt oblique arrangement scheme,with less head loss and low energy consumption.The connection between the branch lifting pipe and main lifting pipe with crescent-rib bifurcated pipe has reasonable stress.Parametric modeling is used in CATIA to improve the design efficiency.In order to get closer to the actual stress state,solid element is used to simulate the rib plate when the relevant finite element analysis is carried out on the bifurcated pipe so as to make the results are more precise and reasonable.The research results obtained in this paper provide certain reference for the design and construction of steel penstock in hydraulic pumping station,and also provide technical and empirical support for other similar projects at home and abroad in the future.
