摘　　要：认定神经损伤及评价功能丧失一直是法医临床学鉴定的重难点;实务中对于躯体神经功能损害之评价的依据是肌电图,但对内脏神经损害的评价,则尚无直接证据可运用。本文分析讨论一中青年男性因颈部淋巴结肿大行颈部淋巴结择区清扫术后被认定膈神经损害的案例,归纳实务中较为少见的内脏神经损害的认定及其评估方法,期能供同类法医临床学司法鉴定参考。The determination of nerve injury and the evaluation of loss of function have always been important and difficult problems in clinical forensic evaluation.In practice,the evaluation of physical nerve function damage is based on electromyography,but there is no direct evidence for the evaluation of visceral nerve damage.This paper analyzes and discusses a case of a young and middle-aged male who was diagnosed with phrenic nerve injury after cervical lymph node dissection due to cervical lymph node enlargement,and summarizes the appraisal and evalua⁃tion methods of visceral nerve injury which are relatively rare in practice,in order to provide a reference for similar clinical forensic judicial appraisal.
