摘 要:针对目前煤气化渣综合利用率低,造成土壤、水体及大气污染的问题,以煤气化渣为原料制备得到煤渣球并用于废水处理。结果表明:原煤渣经过5 mol/L HCl溶液处理后,不仅煤渣中的有害金属含量明显降低,同时煤渣变得更为粗糙,且存在大量微孔,比表面积迅速增大;在负载金属锰后对亚甲基蓝模拟废水进行吸附,吸附量可以达到13.1 mg/g,吸附效果显著;以丁二酸作为交联剂,对聚乙烯醇进行改性得到有机粘合剂,并制备得到煤渣球;以煤渣球作为吸附剂,不仅吸附效果有所改善,而且有利于分离回收再利用,为煤气化渣的资源化开发利用奠定了基础。Given the low comprehensive utilization rate of coal gasification slag which can cause soil,water,and air pollution,in this research,the coal gasification slag was used as raw material to prepare cinder balls and then used for wastewater treatment.The results showed that after the raw coal slag was treated with 5 mol/L HCl solution,not only the content of harmful metals in the slag was significantly reduced,but also the slag became rougher,with a large number of micropores,and the specific surface area increased rapidly.The adsorption of methylene blue simulated wastewater could reach 13.1 mg/g,and the adsorption effect was remarkable.Using succinc acid as a crosslinking agent,the polyvinyl alcohol was modified to obtain an organic binder,and cinder balls were prepared.Using cinder balls as an adsorbent not only improved the adsorption effect,but also facilitated separation and recycling.It has laid the foundation for the resource development and utilization of coal gasification slag.
