摘　　要：管壳式换热器在我国被广泛应用于石油化工、电力、机械、食品、制药等行业,但是在上述领域中,换热器金属普遍都会产生严重的腐蚀,进而对工业生产造成破坏。本文针对陕西双翼煤化科技实业有限公司发电厂的立式换热器的腐蚀问题展开讨论。分析管壳式换热器金属腐蚀的类型和影响因素,提出管式换热器金属腐蚀的防护措施,采用涂层和阴极保护联合防腐措施效果显著,具有工业应用前景。Shell-and-tube heat exchangers are widely used in petrochemical,electric power,machinery,food,pharmaceutical,and other industries in China,but in the above fields,heat exchanger metals generally suffer from severe corrosion,which in turn causes damage to industrial production.This paper discusses the corrosion of vertical heat exchangers in the power plant of Shaanxi Shuangyi Coal Chemical Technology Industry Co..The types and influencing factors of metal corrosion in tube heat exchangers are analyzed,and the protective measures of metal corrosion therein are put forward.Adopting coating and cathodic protection combined with anti-corrosion measures has a remarkable effect and industrial application prospects.
