摘  要:针对具有轴向不通槽底为小圆弧特征的产品零件,讨论了在加工中心上安装专用工装,利用程序自动实现直线、旋转进给自动拉削大直径刀具残留的加工方案,设计了主轴端零件装置、组合刀具装置和分度装置的专用工装夹具,研究了主轴端零件装置、组合刀具装置的组成结构、主要工作过程、操作的注意事项以及方案验证。依照此方案制造的刀具装置结构简单,制造成本低,很好地保证了产品加工要求,为去除大直径刀具残留、保证槽底小圆弧探索了新的工艺方法,采用此方法,可以方便地实现较小宽度尺寸、轴向不通槽底拐角处小圆弧的拉削加工,生产效率高,槽表面质量好,是一种创新性的加工思路,对于类似产品制造具有重要的借鉴意义。In view of the product parts with small circular arc at the bottom of the axial impenetrable groove,we discussed the installation of special tooling on the machining center,and used the program to automatically realize the processing scheme of linear and rotary feed automatic broaching of large diameter tool residues.It was designed that the special fixture of spindle end parts device,combined tool device and dividing device.We researched the spindle end parts device,combination tool device including composition and structure,main working process,matters needing attention and scheme verification.According to this plan,the manufactured tool device had simple structure,low manufacture cost,which ensured well the product processing requirements.for the removal of large diameter tool residues and ensuring that the bottom of the channel small arc,explored the new process method.By using this method,it could easily realize the broaching of small width size,axial impassability groove bottom corner small arc,which had high production efficiency,good groove surface quality,was an innovative processing idea.It had important reference significance for the similar product manufacturing.
