基于物流均衡理论的区域物流体系运行模型分析

摘　　要：区域物流体系是增强区域经济竞争力的重要因素,其运行均衡能够促进区域产业布局优化。根据物流均衡理论,均衡不但是区域物流体系运行的基础,更是要实现的目标。首先,利用物流均衡理论,分析区域物流体系运行均衡的理论内涵,提出构成要素。其次,构建运行均衡模型,包括逻辑模型和数学模型,利用逻辑模型对区域物流体系运行与物流均衡之间的关系进行描述,利用数学模型对区域物流体系的运行情况进行评价和优化。最后,利用算例进行数值求解和结果分析。建立区域物流体系运行均衡模型,能够提高区域物流体系运行效率,解决区域经济发展中的失衡问题,为实现区域物流体系均衡发展提供支持和应用参考。Regional logistics system is the main factor to enhance regional economic competitiveness,and its balanced operation can promote the optimization of regional industrial layout.According to the logistics equilibrium theory,equilibrium is not only the basis for the operation of regional logistics system,but also the goal to be achieved.First of all,using the logistics equilibrium theory,analyze the theoretical connotation of regional logistics system operation equilibrium,and propose the constituent elements.Secondly,the operation balance model is constructed,including logical model and mathematical model.The logical model is constructed by system engineering method for theoretical analysis.The mathematical model includes a balanced evaluation model and a balanced optimization model,and achieves circular improvement.Finally,numerical solution and result analysis are carried out with an example.Through the balanced operation model of regional logistics system,it can improve the operation efficiency of regional logistics system,solve the imbalance problem in regional economic development,and provide support and application reference for establishing a balanced regional logistics system.
