基于可持续生计资本理论的农户林地经营方式选择

摘　　要：以可持续生计资本理论为基础,利用福建省477份农户的微观调研数据,构建农户林地经营方式选择的指标体系,运用二元Logit模型实证分析生计资本对农户林地经营方式选择的影响。研究表明:生计资本的各构成要素中,户主年龄、是否参加技能培训、林地面积、林地质量、家庭拥有的生产性固定资产、家庭非农就业年收入、林业补贴收入、非农就业信息获取的难易等因素对农户林地经营方式选择存在不同程度和方向的影响,在生计资本的五个维度下,各类农户选择林地经营方式存在一定程度的差异。鼓励农户提升其生计资本能力,发展适度规模经营,减少对林地收入依赖程度,有助于实现人口、经济、社会、环境和资源的协调发展。Based on the theory of sustainable livelihood capital,using 477 micro survey data of farmers in Fujian Province,this paper constructs an index system for farmers’choice of forestland management mode,and empirically analyzes the impact of livelihood capital on farmers’choice of forestland management mode by using binary Logit model.The research shows that among the constituent elements of livelihood capital,the age of household head,whether to participate in skill training,forestland area,forestland quality,productive fixed assets owned by families,annual income of family non-farm employment,forestry subsidy income,difficulty in obtaining non-farm employment information and other factors have different degrees and directions on the choice of farmers’forestland management mode.And under the five dimensions of livelihood capital,there are some differences in forestland management mode of various farmers.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some counter measures to encourage farmers to improve their livelihood capital capacity,develop appropriate scale management and reduce their dependence on forestland income.
