摘 要:为探讨盐胁迫下脱落酸(ABA)对樱桃幼苗生长的影响,本试验以‘大青叶’的幼苗为材料,研究了施用不同浓度(0、2.5、5、10、20、40 mg·L^(-1))ABA对盐胁迫下樱桃幼苗光合及生理特性的影响。结果表明:施用ABA浓度为10 mg·L^(-1)时,叶绿素含量、光合指标、抗氧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量有明显提高,其他浓度ABA对缓解盐胁迫也具有一定作用,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素(a+b)的含量随喷施ABA浓度的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势;净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、脯氨酸含量,以及POD活性变化趋势与叶绿素基本相同;可溶性蛋白含量及SOD活性随ABA浓度的增加基本呈现逐渐升高的趋势。综合分析,当喷施外源ABA浓度为10 mg·L^(-1)时,对缓解盐胁迫下樱桃幼苗光合及生理特性效果最显著。In order to study the concentration of abscisic acid(ABA)and its effects on the growth of cherry seedlings under salt stress,'Daqingye'were used as the materials to figure out the effects of different concentrations(0、2.5、5、10、20、40 mg·L^(-1))of ABA on the physiological characteristics and photosynthetic characteristics.The results showed that when the concentration of ABA was 10 mg·L^(-1),the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic index,antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content were obviously improved,and other concentrations of ABA also had a certain role on alleviating salt stress.Therefore,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll(a+b)increased first and then decreased with the increase of ABA concentration.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO_(2) concentration(Ci),proline content and POD activity had similar variation tendency as those of chlorophyll.While the soluble protein content and SOD activity increased with the increase of ABA concentration.In conclusion,the results showed that when the concentration of exogenous ABA was 10 mg·L^(-1),it had the best effect on alleviating the photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of cherry rootstocks under salt stress.
