摘 要:使用未经陈化钢渣砂作为原材料,通过掺入不同质量比外掺剂(粉煤灰、硅灰)对钢渣砂的膨胀性进行抑制,以使其满足道路用钢渣体积稳定性要求,根据体积稳定性试验结果得出较优的外掺剂配比。通过研究发现,单掺外掺剂对钢渣的膨胀性有较好抑制效果,复掺时对膨胀率抑制效果更明显;综合经济效果,在所有的单掺配比中,单掺质量比5%硅灰能发挥外掺剂较大效用;复掺组中,掺量5%、硅灰∶粉煤灰=1∶1组较优。The newly discharged steel slag sand is used as the raw material,the expansion of steel slag sand is restrained by adding admixtures with different mass ratios(fly ash and silica fume)to make it meet the requirements of the stability of volume for road.A better admixture ratio is obtained according to the results of volume stability test.It is found that the single admixture has a good inhibitory effect on the expansion of steel slag,and the compound admixture has a more obvious inhibitory effect on the expansion rate;consider economic effects,among all the single mixing ratios,silica fume with a mass ratio of 5%can play a greater role as an admixture;in the compound mixing group,the group of 5%,silica fume∶fly ash=1∶1 is better.
