摘  要:硅藻土对沥青高低温力学性能和老化性能有一定改善作用,是一种较好改性剂。采用了软化点试验和有别于常规试验锥入度与测力延度试验分别对不同掺量(5%、10%和15%)硅藻土沥青胶浆高低温性能进行分析,同时结合傅里叶红外光谱试验对其改性和抗老化机理进行研究。研究结果表明,硅藻土对沥青力学性能有较好改善作用,掺量为15%时,沥青胶浆表现出较好高温稳定性,掺量为5%时,其低温抗裂性最佳。在热氧老化过程中,沥青中不饱和烃与空气中氧气发生反应,生成了新官能团[羰基(C=O)和亚砜基(S=O)],但硅藻土特殊孔隙结构有较强吸附作用,能抑制沥青老化,硅藻土掺量10%时,老化抑制作用达到最大。Diatomite can improve the mechanical properties and aging properties of asphalt at high and low temperature,and is a good modifier.In this paper,the softening point test and cone penetration test and force ductility test,which are different from conventional tests,were carried out to test the high and low temperature performance of diatomite modified asphalt binder with different amounts(5%,10%and 15%).At the same time,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to study the modification and anti-aging mechanism from the microscopic level.The results show that diatomite can improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt binder.When the diatomite content is 15%,the high temperature stability of asphalt binder is the best,and when the diatomite content is 5%,the low temperature performance is the best.During the thermal oxidative aging process,new functional groups[carbonyl(C=O)and sulfoxide(S=O)]are formed in the modified asphalt binder.The abundant microporous structure of diatomite has strong adsorption on the light components of asphalt,which reduces the aging rate of modified asphalt binder.When the content of diatomite is 10%,the inhibition of aging reaches the maximum.
