摘　　要：类胡萝卜素含量是甘薯重要的品质,对甘薯的食用品质、营养价值和经济效益起着至关重要的作用.目前,虽然对植物类胡萝卜素合成途径的研究已经较为透彻,部分相关结构基因已被克隆,但对甘薯类胡萝卜素生物合成调控的研究鲜有报道.综述了甘薯类胡萝卜素种类与含量、生物合成与调控方面的研究进展,为培育高类胡萝卜素含量的甘薯特优新品种提供参考.The contents of carotenoids are important quality traits of sweetpotato,which can determine the quality,nutritional value and economic benefits of sweetpotato.Up till now,the synthesis pathways of carotenoids had been widely studied in plants and most of the structural genes had been cloned,but little was known about the studies on the biosynthesis and regulation of carotenoids in sweetpotato.In this review,the current advances in the type and concentration,biosynthesis and regulation of carotenoids in sweetpotato are summarized,which will provide reference in sweetpotato breeding.
