摘 要:为了实现高效辐射性能,本文对一种串联馈电式超宽带天线阵列进行研究设计。该阵列天线以0.02 mm厚的柔性聚酰亚胺为衬底材料,由3个超宽带单元天线和1个金属反射板构成。天线单元含有缝隙结构,通过串联方式进行连接,并采用共面波导馈电获得超宽带特性,天线下方放置金属反射板,以获得定向辐射特性。同时,采用电磁仿真软件高频结构仿真器(high frequency structure simulator,HFSS)对所设计的天线阵列进行建模仿真和设计分析。仿真结果表明,天线阵列的仿真带宽为3.02~12.05 GHz,测试带宽为2.92~12.35 GHz,覆盖超宽带3.1~10.6 GHz频段。天线在工作频段内保持良好的方向性,在8.5 GHz时,获得最大测试增益为8.6 dB,仿真增益为10.8 dB,说明天线带宽与方向图增益等性能均与仿真结果相吻合。本文设计的天线面积为121 mm×55 mm,天线与放射板间距为23 mm,具有高增益、尺寸小、质量轻等性能,适用于小型超宽带终端设备。该研究为柔性超宽带频段的阵列设计提供了理论基础。This paper presents a series-fed ultra-wideband antenna array to improve antenna radiation performance.The proposed antenna composes of three ultra-wide band(UWB)antenna elements printed on a flexible substrate of polyimide with 0.02 mm thickness and a metallic reflector.Each antenna element consists of a slot.The three elements are connected with each other in series and are fed with a coplanar waveguide to obtain wide bandwidth.The metallic reflector is arranged under the antenna array to obtain directional radiation.High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS)is used to make antenna simulation and optimization.The simulated bandwidth is 3.02~12.05 GHz and the measured one is 2.92~12.35 GHz both covering the UWB band width of 3.1~10.6 GHz.The proposed antenna has good radiation performance in the whole working band.At 8.5 GHz,the proposed antenna obtains maximum measured gain of 8.6 dB,and the simulated one is 10.8 dB which shows that the measurement and simulation has good agreement.The antenna size is 121 mm×55 mm and the distance between the antenna and the reflector is 23 mm.The proposed antenna has virtues of high gain,small size and light weight which make it a good candidate applied in small UWB terminal.
