摘 要:目的探讨自主参与式教学方式对临床本科学生的自我效能感的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2022年7月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院的76名本科大五年级学生作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为两组,观察组40名学生接受自主参与式教学方法,对照组36名学生接受传统教学方法。对比两组学生的自我效能感、理论及技能成绩、教学效果评价。结果实习后,观察组自我效能感、理论及技能成绩、教学效果评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自主参与式教学方法能提高临床本科实习学生的自我效能感,能够充分调动医学生学习积极性,提高心内科教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of independent participatory teaching approach of the self-efficacy on clinical undergraduate students.Methods From June 2021 to July 2022,76 undergraduate students from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College were selected as the research subjects.Randomized number table method was used to divide into two groups.40 students in the observation group accepted the independent participatory teaching method,and 36 students in the control group accepted the traditional teaching method.Compared the two groups of students'self-efficacy,theoretical and technical achievements,and teaching effect evaluation.Results After internship,the self-efficacy,theory and skill scores,and teaching effect evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-participatory teaching method can improve the self-efficacy of clinical undergraduate internship students,fully motivate medical students to learn,and improve the teaching effect of cardiology.
