6s管理法在手术室物品仪器管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在实施手术室物品仪器管理期间6s管理法的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月—2021年5月烟台市烟台山医院的40名手术室护理人员作为研究对象;采用随机数表法分组,参照组(n=20)采用常规方式完成手术室物品仪器管理;研究组(n=20)采用6s管理法完成手术室物品仪器管理,比较两组护理质量评分(护理人员工作流畅程度、护理人员取拿物品时间、护理安全、护理态度、护理技术、护理耐心、环境整理、器械损耗率)、管理满意度评分(管理重心、管理环节、管理质量)。结果研究组手术室护理人员工作流畅程度、护理人员取拿物品时间、护理安全、护理态度、护理技术、护理耐心、环境整理、器械损耗率评分均比参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术室护理人员管理重心、管理环节、管理质量评分均比参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于手术室物品仪器管理中心有效应用6s管理法可显著提高护理人员的护理质量,并显著提升管理满意度,可充分提升手术室物品仪器总体管理效果。Objective To explore the value of 6s management method application during the implementation of operating room items and instruments management.Methods Selected 40 nursing staff in the operating room of Yantai Mountain Hospital from April 2018 to May 2021 as the study subjects.Random-number table method was used for grouping,and the reference group(n=20)completed the management of articles and instruments in the operating room in a conventional way,the study group(n=20)used the 6s management method to complete the management of articles and instruments in the operating room,and compared the nursing quality scores(nursing staff's work fluency,nursing staff's time to pick up articles,nursing safety,nursing attitude,nursing technology,nursing patience,environmental arrangement,equipment consumption rate)and management satisfaction scores(management focus,management links,management quality)between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing staff work fluency,nursing staff pick-up time,nursing safety,nursing attitude,nursing skill,nursing patience,environmental tidiness,and instrument loss rate in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of management focus,management aspects,and management quality of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of 6s management method in the management center of articles and instruments in the operating room can significantly improve the nursing quality and improve the management satisfaction,and fully improve the overall management effect of articles and instruments in the operating room.
