摘　　要：计划生育档案是医疗部门计划生育管理工作顺利开展的基础,对其加强管理,能显著提升工作质量。在医院管理现代化深入的今天,循证管理中存在的问题,并在新时期探寻加强医院计划生育档案管理的对策,对更好地适应民众日益增长的档案管理和利用需求,更好地解决期间存在的问题,具有重要的现实意义。本文剖析了时下医院计划生育档案管理现状,加强计划生育档案管理的解决对策,为推动医院计划生育工作的顺利进行,显著提升医院的管理水平提供可行性借鉴。Family planning archives are the foundation for the smooth development of family planning management in medical departments.Strengthening the management of family planning archives can significantly improve the quality of work.At present,with the deepening of the modernization of hospital management,the problems existing in evidence-based management and the exploration of countermeasures to strengthen the management of hospital family planning archives in the new period have important practical significance to better adapt to the increasing needs of the public for archives management and utilization,and better solve the problems existing during the period.This paper analyzes the current situation of family planning archives management in hospitals,strengthens the countermeasures of family planning archives management,in order to promote the smooth progress of family planning work in hospitals and significantly improve the management level of hospitals to provide feasible reference.
